Sharkey ......What kills me is that the "count" of views on this site only started after the new website format was started by OSO. I wonder how many actually views there really were?

I hear the paint work on that new Vee Hull is coming out great. As soon as I can, I'll get more pics up on my site.

Thanks for bumping this one up again. I missed it in "real time'" and it's a great read.

I'm amazed at how much you post: how do you find the time?

Pete:

I'm a fast writer..........There actually is such a category, the best known of whom is William F. Buckley Jr.(not that I'm in HIS league.......rahly). The original post on this thread took me about 15 minutes on a Friday evening, I think.

The typical answers like this one.....take a few seconds.

Otherwise , I wouldn't have a life.

But since you enjoyed this one , I'll resurrect the cat sequel...... for ya......

By the way both of these were written and ran their course before OSO started the "counters"........ the little columns tallying replies and views......... Those numbers only record the statistics since about May of this year...if I recall correctly.

I wonder how this one holds up against the amazing Apache thread?

You're one of a kind!

Best response of ANY poster . . . by far.

In fact, OSO may have to cut you off for using too much band width.

But please, keep it up: a great education, and a great trip back through Memory Lane.

Your literary sons come by their talent honestly!
