In terms of $$ I'd like to stay between 40K - 50K (with trailer).
Older hulls do not scare me as long as they are well built. Engines pop in and out easily enough but what I do not want is major stress cracks, rattles, stringer plms, etc.

Thanks for all the input

I LOVE my 31-foot Cigarette Bullet. I GPSed at 70 with twin HP500's.

It's never gonna break 80 with that power, but I still love it! :D

You can't go wrong with a Cigarette...

I’ve seen Rich Sutphen Jr. build boats just like his Dad’s, Richie Sr. They’re lay-up is as bulletproof as any boat in production. Their boats are fully cored in the hull, sides and deck with marine plywood in the hull. They use vinyl ester resin with multiple layers of bi and tri glass in a lay-up schedule that they still keep close to the hip. Rich Jr. builds the 21 and 26 (available with twin SB’s) in NJ and Rich Sr builds the 32, 35 and 39 in Fl. Rich Sr has a red 32 hull in production which is available. All Sutphens 26' and up run on a 26 degree deadrise with no steps or gimmicks. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of your choices but make sure your not paying extra $$$ for a beak and platform when you compare LOA. Good luck.
