I've run a MarLago w/ 300 Yamaha's. It hit 62 on the GPS. The Midnight I ran w/ trip 275 Verado's was in the mid 50's. If price isn't a consideration take a look at the Don Smith 45. Incredible boat. The 43 NorTech w/ Yanmars and Arneson's is very impressive also.

Jarret Bay's are all cold molded I believe. Impressive construction. Solid as a rock.

Don Smith boats are unbelievable. A lot of time went into his console and t-top designs, they're very nice. Not sure about the hull vent system he has though. Cavitation ??

I'm looking forward to seeing how Midnight does up the Powerplay molds they bought. Don't they now have the 33 and 38 molds?

Those Powerplay molds are not center consoles (CC) if memory serves me correctly.
Powerplay did have a 33 CC deck mold though. Anyone know how got that?

Hey Fast Fun 2...

Just thought I would throw in my $.02... Have owned a 34 Fountain for about two years now and for my usage, island running, it has worked out really well... Don't do any fishing but very economical and rides pretty well but not as good as the 43 I sold a while back... With it being a buyers market it might be the best time to buy!! Also have a Wellcraft which I am disposing of for a friend which is listed in the classifieds... If you have any questions please don't hesitate to give a yell...

Thanks, Karl

http://www.designyouryacht.com/yacht.asp click on the video on the top left. Most carolina boats are built this way.
