They got popped a few years ago, basically for the same thing, plus defrauding sellers and buyers, shorting sellers on payoffs, no title work for buyers, some hot parts etc, etc. blamed it on shoddy paperwork from what I heard. They deal in alot of repo's and aren't real good about paperwork. Alot od BBB complaints over the years.

Our laws need to be TOUGHER, so scumbags like this guy can't screw people anymore!!!

I looked at some Cruisers 2 months ago...99% junk.You could tell they wanted to wheel and deal...badly.Cash made him smile...I walked after the 1st boat I looked at.Awful conditions....to put it nicely.

Repo's,,store em push em, make sure they fire if and when they sell a pos. take the money and run,,,they have had very few clean boats pass through there and most of those were consignment boats and they don't stay nice long.
