Default Space and Performance?

I love my current boat (24 Fountain CS), but for the kind of lake boating and rafting that I do, I am interesting in looking at mid-cabin/open-bow without losing performance.

what brands make a 24-27 boat with space for more than 5 people?

are there any out there for around 30k?

Thanks

Dan

28 Sunsation, 27 Advantage, are two that come to mind. Most of the mid cabin boats are newer and probably out of the 30K range.

yeah it seems like a newer style...

i would think there are some used out there for less money... especially in the 24-26ft range

Envision makes a 26' mid-cabin. I have owned a 29' and currently a 32' for the same reasons you're looking for. I've attached a couple pics of the 26' from their website, www.envisionboats.com.

that is an interesting boat.

i would really like to keep the low 70's performance and the 24-27 size, but as noted above, my search will be a tough one. the boats that fit my description just arent old/cheap enough yet.
