What is the best type and brand of boat lift out there, and why? 12'w x 12,000 lbs.

Poly Lift and Galva Lift get my vote for floating lifts. 1" thick poly tanks, HD frame. I wouldn't trade my Galva for anything. Beings you are a LOTO person, there are plenty of brands around your area.

Floating, i like the sunstream. Great quality, great design. For piling mounted, cant beat no profile life by way design

Best looking, and hydraulic, not winch so much less hassles. We petitioned the condo association to let us put on in but it got nixed.
