I am looking at this 24 and do not know the full history between Cig and Banana boats.
The best I can tell the name plate says

Custom manufactured by Team Banana
Powered by Merc something ???
TRS Manufactured or Modified by ????

I guess the big question is the manufactured by Team Banana part?? Is it a Cig or Banana boat.

Any help is most appreciated

What does the HIN start with?

The 24' Cig's were sit down boats. The seat I can see in the pic apears to be a standard issue Banana stand up bolster. Like I have in my boat. Not to say they couldn't have been changed. But the hull on the Banana is from a mold purchased from Don Aronow. and depending on what year it is it would have been made Using Don's layup schedual.

Your best bet on info would be to get ahold of either Top Banana or Chatim Racing on here. They could tell you better than anyone. And they might even know the boat and its history.

I believe it is a 1980, I will try to get more info. The seats are drop down bolster. Thanks for you help so far.
