GOOD THOUGHT! But not quite the answer i was looking for.

WELL, HERE'S HOW THIS ONE ENDED UP!!!!

I ended up have to hire lawer in cal, the guy that sold me the boat, had bought the boat while still married to his ex,

so after I went and spend the money to retain a lawer,
at the last hour, after about 8k in fees , he comes up with a title, in his wife and his name, guess he had to pay her to get her to sign off.

what a night mare that was!!!!

I finally got clear title, got rid of the boat and quit talking about as to try to forget,
guess what?......... I'm still pisz'd:mad:
