You can go a lot of ways.

GSP to exit 129 for NJTP (signs say TP). TP S to exit 7A.
I-195 west to Rt 29 North to I-95 south to exit 46A which is Rt1 North. 1st exit is Oxford Valley Road. That exit, turn right follow to sesame place.
This way takes you through Trenton, but its 4 lane all the way. I can get from Trenton to Rt 1 South bridge,(this is the easiest way) but I can't tell you how to do it. Its been a while

Other way is stay on NJ TP till exit 6 which is TP extension that will run you into Pa turnpike. Follow to exit in Pa for Rt 1 north (can't remember exit number). Take Rt 1 north to Oxford valley Road exit.

Commercial traffic is a no go ... us private vehicles can tow ALL DAY LONG on the GSP north or south ---- and end to end
