Default New Formula FasTech pricing - WTF!?!?

So, having owned two of these I look at them every year to see what's new and all that. Just for chits and giggles I looked up a new 271 with a 525 and all the bells and whistles - less a trailer - and it rang the register at $190,710!!!!! That is for a 25' (real length) production-built boat! Am I nuts or does that seem just flat-out crazy!?!?

Makes what I paid for my 2006 38' boat seem cheap!

Don't let MSRP give you sticker shock. Price the boat thru your local dealer and it will give you a better perspective. Nobody pays close to list price anymore unless it is a small builder that sells direct, then the list price may be a lot lower but it may be the actual selling price. And dealer discounts from MSRP vary greatly between manufacturers.Don't sweat the MSRP on the websites. Figure out what you want and get a real money quote.Only then will the price mean anything.

Maybe Formula is going to the greeting card method of pricing, 50% off retail every day, you get the $5 card for $2.50 and leave thinking what a deal you got.
