Sorry guys just learning about racing and what goes on with it. I never even seen the rules or real new there were many. Ijust thought it would be how could build the fastest boat in its class.

Yeah/no...
Then it would become a sport where "he whom has the deepest pockets wins" vs a sport where the playing field is somnewhat leveled and "he whom has the most skill wins"...
Or in some cases, "she"
