We are currently still in engineering and layout mode. However, the boat is being designed with 4 BPM drive-shafts.
Gino, safe to say it will be fast. 200+ has it's own set of challenges that must be worked through before attempting to push these boats to the next level. JC can fill you in on those details. Scotty, and I are getting our arms around controlling a boat comfortably at these extreme speeds. Seat time, seat time, seat time. Boats become very light when really laying out....The Mystic should be more stable (longer running surface) than the Plat which rides very nice at high speeds. So we are really excited to get our hands on her.
The new boat will be capable of holding a considerable amount of fuel.
Next Years LOTO will be pretty serious with all the new hardware coming to the table.
