Brielle McIntyre Needs Our Help
#61
I got this note from Angela today...she asked me to post it on her behalf.
Dear friends at OSO,
words cannot explain what we are going through. I am overwhelmed with emotion when I see how many of you have reached out and touched our lives. Some of you I know and others are complete strangers to me. But your hearts are as good as gold. You have all helped make Brielles life a little easier for the little time that she has left with us. Your contributions, thoughts and prayers have been helping us little by little to keep her home with us for her remaining time. I sat with Jim last night and read through all of your responses to Brielle and had an emotional breakdown later on because words cannot express how I feel toward all of you and your actions, your giving and caring hearts can not be surpassed. I personally cannot thank you enough and a mere thank you does not seem like enough. I wish I couid give a hug and a kiss to all. Please know that I will never forget all that has been done by all of you. My only wish is that there could be a miracle for Brielle but that is not a luxury that we have. What we do have is friends like you that can help makes our lives and hers a little easier at this time. Jim and I thank you again and our hearts go out to you all.
love,
Angela

I have not talked to Jim directly but have asked John O'loughlin periodically who is very close to Jimmy.
As I understand it, she has been "status quo" meaning she has not gottten worse but she has not shown any improvements. She has also been in and out of the hospital regularly.
I will call John tomorrow for another update.

I saw Jimmy on Tuesday and Brielle is doing well. Although she is now on a respirator she is still smiling, and more importantly, she is living at home with her family and not in a hospital!
