Mr. Corn,
I believe that I have accomplished all that I set out to when I posted my inital replies in this post.
You have been very accommodating in your responses and have, if nothing else, better explained the position of the LLC with regard to my questions. We may and will continue to disagree but that is our perogative.
I have no axe to grind with the organization. As a resident of St. Petersburg I, like many other local enthusiests, have volunteered both my time and my boat to the APBA during the annual event.
Criticism is neither constructive nor destructive by design, it is your individual interpretation which ultimately determines it's value.
By the way, I understand from telephone conversations last week (with some of those same persons you mentioned) that the APBA is making significant efforts to increase public relations next season. i believe that this will be welcome by all enthusiests and racers alike.

Merlin,
That's what makes this worthwhile. Believe me, we have worked very hard this year and been very aggressive on the rules enforcement. It's a level field now. Bring it on, we'll be glad to have you and now I can guarantee you an opportunity to show what you've got.

i have 3 cats and i throttled f120 ladt year and i hop to do it next year. i gave up when that boat couldnt compete with boats that had the so called factory sealed engine. that was a joke. i think having someone control the engine program was the only way to get the boats on a even level of competition.

How in the world did "Great Moments in Cat History" deteriorate into "Great Technical Filibusters in Factory 2 Minutiae"? I go out for a boatride, Andrew Corn sneaks in and boom...we're lost in aspect ratios and buoyancy computations.
I'm gonna call an attorney.....Hey Patel..is there a law against this ...or better yet..can I sue somebody?...anybody?

To Rwilson:
While not new to racing and/or power boats, I'm new to OSO. I've read your asscerbic posts from September and find your (weak) attempts at humor (?) crude. Please, explain to all of us how "sex" fits into (any) kind of power boat forum as presented here?
You wanted help...here's mine...go blow it out your exhaust!
