i own both boats 31 american offshore and 32 douglas skater aka THE AGITATOR and i love them both isnt it true that a skater relies on aerodymanics and a chris/shadow or ao on hydrodynamics. the AGITATOR seems to fly very loose but not to the point where you feel insafe where my 31 ao seems to fly tighter to the water. by the way t2x thanks for the comp comp its works well. both of my boats ao<blowers & bravos> and skater blowers <speedmasters/crashboxes> both perform well at 125 plus. its all about setup. a 120 mph boat that it set up right will out run a 130 mph boat that isnt setup anywhere/anytime

Whenever I log on, and see the “Cat” or “V” bottom thread on the first page my eyes get a little brighter, my pulse rate goes up a few notches, Kim starts watching me out of the corner of her eye, what’s up with that? I feel like a teenager again! The “Step Bottom” thread also has the same ability to a smaller degree. I vote for these 3 threads, at least the “V” and “Cat” to remain on the first page forever. Steve, Captain America was one of the best looking, without a doubt! But some of the best racing miles was between Rolling Thunder, the (4) engine (2 liter motor) outboard boat, and Mark and Chris in the JJ Chris Cat. It was rough, nasty, and confused, and Vinny was able to pull on Mark, and just play with him on command. The advantage the Conquest had was immense. The talent in the JJ boat was huge, the boat was a World Champ/National Champ, and the outboard boat made it look easy. T2x can comment better then anyone, he was in the chopper that day. This tape was played at Skaterfest last year, GJL, Peter, T2x and I just stood there and my mouth just hung open. Brand new boat, a crew with no time in the boat, and it was nothing less then amazing.
