While making a new webpage I was again brought backt to this thread and questions about the jesse james 48... looking at some of the photo's I can't tell whether it had fixed and trimable surface drives with rudders, or the whole assembly turned including the props.
I know there was some bad blood between us earlier about asking the "secrets" about this drive set-up, but it is still on my mind and I would like to know some more about it.

The old Jesse James Chris Cat is still be raced over seas. Found these pics on the nz offshore site www.nzoffshore.co.nz. Kool to see this boat still out there competing.

When he wanted a clean plug for his new project, without a lot of attention to what he was doing, Don bought a blank 24 hull from me at Banana boat to use as the boat to be split for the 24 foot cat. With twin Merc outboards he ran it over 100 mph.
