Thats the house, a carriage house and a boat house and probably 500' of frontage on the river. This is Mr Crazy Ice Cream Fountain's house. Prop runs from the south side tree line and dock to the white gravel driveway to the north. Beautiful old victorian, spent $1.3 mil just in the kitchen.

Thats right across the river from my parents place. I love how he cut in for his lift. I have never seen his cig in the water though. the property used to be that, plus the house next to it with a huge old mansion on it that was falling apart and a caved in bulkhead. sold for about 250k over a decade ago. Worth over 20x that now.

I just moved to Jacksonville this week, but that house is about 2 blocks from my old condo. (still own the condo, considering renting it out. If you're interested in a beachfront condo in Belmar, let me know. )..... I've seen the Cig on the water. It usually doesn't go out for long. That house is a bit much for me with all the statues and whatnot, but still pretty cool. I like the one to the right of it much better.
