If you spend over a mil on a house it better be on the beach and in a warm climate.

If I had un-limited budget I would get something like this:

Right , when you buy the houses next door and knock em flat so nobody is close to you like he did! Thats a unlimited budget. Mr. V couldn't be that close to the ocean , He'd have to give up an excuse not to run the boat and he'd never see Panther running in the bay.

I don't think a million $$$ would get you a decent beach front house in a cold climate.

Even with the falling prices of real estate a nice waterfront house is still high $$$$.

My ideal situation would be a bayfront with a boat slip/lift and a backyard beach that leads into the water. Oh yea and from the front of the house unobstructed views of the Ocean.


Question: Whats more desirable a house on the Navesink or the Shrewsbury???

If I ever spend over a million on a house I would buy something like this and suffer living in Canada!
