I have the recall letter from the trailer builder,I have a current Alabama registration, and I have 2 other buyers that want the boat
I have given my word to let the Canadian guy have it,I want him to have it. We have set a deadline of Monday or I will sell to someone else. I understand his position that he must get it to Canada, and there is no title. He understands my position that I can sell the boat easily elswhere with no title. The boat will belong to someone Monday, too bad Canada customs are so harsh.
