I had Cigarette build a 38 from scratch in 2002. We designed everything from e-mails. I'll never forget the maiden voyage , the trip home and the 1st day out on the water. Great boat Joe and you are one lucky dude. Good luck w/ the new Cig!

Awesome boat Joe. Question is what made you decide to do the 600's with XR drives. You've spent a tun of money and I don't know how much extra it would of been for the 700 and NX1 drive but I'm sure you considered it. I think cig would like to start marketing that package more and could of made a deal with you. Then you would have had a very uniqe package. Either way great boat.

I agree completely... there were "circumstances" that caused the deal to push thru quickly, as is. Looking back.... yes, the 700's would have been a nice package.
What I'll say for now is this.... Remember, the only difference between the 600's and 700's is the pulley, inner cooler and computer. The question becomes, what are your drive options. Keep your eyes on the boat.... If I don't decide to sell it in the near future and put it up for sale --- there will be some changes coming!

Thanks for the info Joe. As far as octane boost I bought a 55 gallon drum from torco. Had 5 gallon individual container to fill at home and take to boat. Still not sure how well the stuff mixes though.

Joe I think your TG is one of the most beautiful Guns I've ever seen...I love the color scheme and design. She definitely is one sweet ride, and you're a very lucky man to be taking delivery of her.
