"Rubbing is racing"..................................

NOT!

That video is a perfect example why the " rubbing is racing" attitude should be left for the movies. Imagine if that was an intentional act and the victim did get decapitated.
Not worth winning any race that way.

By the way, what is up with that porn Music???

There is one picture on Sharkey's webpage which shows one of the reasons why the sponsors are quite shy when they shall pimp the race boats with their companies' names. If I remember well you can see there as a picture on a t-shirt a half sunken race boat with the Carlsberg logo on and the text underneath the picture says: "Everybody can sink a Carlsberg". I'm always glad when a race ends without major injuries and boat damages . For gaining more sponsors (and preventing injuries) the racers hopefully take as much care as possible and prevent those impacts. You will not get i.e. the Oracle logo on a race boat when this could mean that there will be t-shirts spreading the news: "Everybody can sink Oracle".
If there is no other choice the sanctioning bodies are definitely allowed to exclude a suspicious race team.
