Nitrous to get the turbo's to spool.

I had several years ago a sonic 28 with 1 yanmar, without nitrous I needed to surf it on a wave to get it on plane...

Talking Re: Diesel Outerlimits

I know the owner of Paul Fiore's former boat. We talked this past
summer and he would be willing to sell it. If my memory is right
his 37 is a 2000 w/Arnesons. PM me if you have an interest in the
boat and I will pass your contact info to him. OK! George

contact Big Wave Craig's in Hyannis ma. I think he pulled the diesels out and re-powered, and repainted it in 2010.

I've never seen a gas powered Arneson 37, although that certainly doesn't mean there's not one out there... the 37 was easily OL's biggest seller so they produced quite a few over the years.

I don't believe so, most just went 6s with big power.

I remember Paul's boat, when I had my 37, I saw that boat when it was pretty new...it sat very low in the water. He wanted hassle free boating.

Thanks, George. I'm not in the market right this second, but we are starting to look at options. I like the idea of a fast diesel boat for economy and turn key reliability. We like to put lots of miles on our boat!
