About a mile pass the fountain factory on your left is a neighborhood called Portside II...drive straight to the back and when the road makes a hard right about 4 houses down there is a empty lot...this is a common lot for the neighborhood and is where the APBA tent was set up a couple of years ago for the kilos and is an excellent spot....the neighborhood is private but everyone seemed very nice and laid back

yes thats right and in the bristol area its open water , seen waves white caps 4 to 5 footers on any day its blown sw 20mph and up which happens alot boating there on and off since19 90 and one day at the 2002 pokerrun out of walter's place out side of newport the caps were hugh and going up the west passage blew out a boster . so its no lake. and if if you go to mt hopebay that runs from calm to 3to 4fters too.it would be nice if OL COULD CLOSE THE TAUNTON RIVER BETWEEN SOMMERSET RAMP AND1ST BRIDGE IN FALLRIVER AT HIGH TIDE, not sure if its to short of a disstance they would have to start in fall run to som shut down and coast to the nexted town that would be the same water as fountain runs in. or hope the bay is calm for a day last 2 trips I took it was 2 1/2 footers both days.
