Scott McInnis is a friend and is a major player in the environmental wars. He is an advocate in the public having access to our great outdoors, not locking everything up for the betterment of a few.

Come on Dean..Do you approve of Bushes Texas???
Ranks 48th on spending on parks and recreation..Ranks 49th on spending on the environment.
Not to mention that when he bought the Rangers he strongarmed Arlington to pay for a new stadium then condemed land from Texas citizens because they wouldn't give him the land. Then refused to Pay court ordrered debts to the city..Then cashed out and made 15 million...Makes planting cat hair look like kids play..Do you have any problem with this behavior?????

TEXAS IS # 1 UNDER BU$H

#1...In emissions of ozone causing air pollution chemicals
#1...In toxic chemical releases into the air.
#1...In use of deep well injectors as method of waste disposal.
#1...In counties listed in top 20 of emitting cancer causing chemicals.
#1...In total number of Hazardous waste incinerators.
#1...In environment justice title 6 complaints.
#1...In production of cancer causing Benzene and vinyl chloride.
#1...Largest sludge dump in country.

1000 unregulated plants account for a huge portion of the pollution. These comp. are not regulated because they are the Governors largest campaign contributors. He lets them slide for some money..the same way he let high levels of arsenic to stay in our water because the mining comp. did not want to pay to clean it up..
I laugh when you guys go after a person that planted a cat hair..When this kind of behavior is going on..I feel they need to "fix" data when faced with a person like Bu$h is trying to destroy the planet as fast as he can..Dean.. This is how they justify anything to further thier agenda

My questions are: Can you support your facts/statements? Where do you get your numbers from? And how were they derived? Please list who did the analysis and what year or years the studies were performed.

Thanks

Dean.. Ask a group of black people if they think OJ is guilty??? They will all say no even though they all personally know that he is guilty....It seems that when asked about Bush everybody suddenly has the same disease that those blacks have..Are you guys afraid to speak against Bush because of his poll numbers???..I think so

My only question is: Can you support your facts/statements? Where do you get your numbers from? And how were they derived? Please list who did the analysis and what year or years the studies were performed.

Crash, I don't have all the answers, I wish I did(then again not really, too much pressure). I was compelled to answer your post because of all the negative that has been dredged up as of late. I am not one to dwell on the negative. I am far from perfect, so therefore, who am I to pass judgement on others. I believe we live in a time that is filled with so many wonderful oppurtunities, that to dwell on the negative just negates ones happiness. Of course one should be concerned, but to let it be all consuming, as some do, is of no benefit, at least not to me. I enjoy a debate as much as the next person, but when politics are the topic, the tempo usually becomes heated and hence the "bashing" begins. When this occurs, I choose not to participate. So to answer your question, I abstain. The facts that we have, are facts we have been given, and too many times this is information that is used to the betterment of one party or the others agenda. I am not intersted in the "bashing" matches. I want to engage in positive and thoughtful topics that lend themselves to empower one to enjoy life to what it truly is. Awesome!!!! Let's have some positive posts and not engage in "Bashfests".
