Yup the lower of the two upper gears is the forward gear on a Bravo for RH rotation.

I stand corrected....I thought I remembered them (bajas) being sans pad.

I think Nordic had either a 6 or and 8 on their 21 foot ski competition boat. I saw some test video of it hauling the mail a little while back.
