This is a Profile 28 cat with our 525 EFI supercharger system as featured in Hot Boat October 06. This system made 875 HP on Arizona Speed & Marine's dyno.

A similar 500 EFI system in a Profile 28 cat at LOTO ran 104 after drive height and prop changes. This system made 800 HP on Precision Marine's dyno.

Centrifugal superchargers don't make as much low RPM torque, but XR drives are living in this application.

It doesnt matter just whipple-it. That was my plan for my 27 daytona but its got to go to soon. My buddy ran a 26 daytona with a 500 hp and a whipple and was getting 98-99 out of it. So my thoght was my 27 with a 525 would see just over 100. running mid 80's stock best of 88 with a xr drive and a shortie lower.

A 26-28 Cat needs just about 675HP to get to 100 mph. The 525 Whippled should make 725-750 that easily puts you over 100 mph.
