Hate to correct you on this but it was a 40 Outlaw not a 36 and it did not see triple digits even after being at Lake X.
Bill, you would be the one to know. |

FYI
I just spoke via email to my buddy with Tyler Crocket 850's and SSM #5drives in his 36 Outlaw and he says the best speed is 93 MPH on GPS. He does have a blue printed hull also. I'm sure it would take at least 1000 HP per side. Here is a picture of his boat from last year. |
He did try,but Im still running them, they are awesome. If you need a couple mph to beat your buddy or something, let me know and we can work something out John,They did work nice on your boat. Wayne has my #,Dave B

I am the owner of the 36' Outlaw running Tyler Crocket T/800 SC with SSM 5 drives mounted on extension boxes. The boat runs in the low 90 MPH range with no issues. In fact the last run of 2006 it ran 90 MPH in 3 to 4 foot waves. It ran like it was on rails. It runs better in the rough stuff.
