i'm guessing every upper middle class guy making 125k/yr should have 3 homes and 2 boats.

Lets do a combination of all boats vs all real estate.
BTW Joe, how concerned were you that you were getting the best price possible on your boat? Or were you more concerned w/ getting the boat you want.

Now that was funny!!! I guess we also must consider that in my case my house is 3x the value that my boat was new, but if I totaled the dollars every time I backed the truck up to the boat in a summer month, it was more than my mortg, utilit., taxes, etc. for the house.
