I use my bow rails as an "ankle stop". Instead of wondering when (it is "when", not "if" ) my feet will slip, I just set a foot against the rail.

i like the rails , heres' a pic of my hull but with clamp ons..like the way they did the rails on the interior.....

i'm not putting them on the bow though..
