I agree, no forgiving with those nylon spacers. I'd rather see those made from rubber. I can grab my side panels and tug on them somewhat good and they simply flex at the rubber spacer/washers mounts.

Hey Rob, I ran mine last weekend again.........kind of getting used to the "no windshield thing" as long as you got good sunglasses. $2000 will buy a lot of beer this summer! I'll PM you when I get a chance to let you know how my new 32p props did.

I was looking at your closeup photos, and that looks like a classic fatigue failure. That crack may have been progressing for some time. It looks like the windshield may need more support, or some change to the mounting to reduce the stress.
