I'm all for global warming. The boating season will get longer and the water may even rise enough that i won't have to worry about running aground.

I call bull**** on CO2 causing it. If you believe we need to limit CO2, stop breathing.

That doesn't mean we shouldn't restrict pollution. Excessive emissions lead to local air-quality problems, health problems, and a general lower quality of life in congested areas.

I'm not against emissions laws on boats, either. It seems that emissions requirements are the only thing that drives efficiency. Just look at Indmars new 350 with closed loop fuel injection and a cat. Give me that motor for the closed loop fuel injection, the reduction in carbon monoxide and other fumes when i'm idling up the river is just an added bonus.

It won't do jack **** about global warming, though.
