Then a frame is built around the laminates , together [red gelcoat, laminates, metal tubes] makes up the deck mold

wheels are welded onto metal tubes to allow moving the tooling around in the shop
straps are tied around the metal frame and is used to "pop" the deck mold from the deck plug
the deck mold again is made up of [red gelcoat, laminates, metal tubes] which is getting lifted here
