That might be on the too cheap side? havent heard much about them in a while.
They do list a few 5 channels amps there.

As for onlinecarstereo.com, I can't stress this enough...if you are going to order from them, call first. Their site will let you order away, regardless of whether the product is in stock or not. And if they don't have it, they won't both to send you an e-mail either. Buyer beware.
