I put in a Memphis 1100 class d amp last year and its awsome.Nice power for my 4 subs.
And its 1 ohm stable.

The new PPI amps are not even in the same league as the old. I think they were bought out a while ago. I have 3, PC2150,PC6600 and PC450.
We just installed a PC6600 in my friends boat. He could not be happier. He is running 4, 6.5 Mb Quart components and 2 4ohm Mb Quart 10's bridged in mono.

I would go with a Concept mono for the subs and a Concept 4 channel for the highs.
Very effecient and will blow your socks off.
