Might be your browser.
I use FireFox at home, and it doesn't show up.
At work I have to use Explorer and it works with that browser.

Firefox you have to click on the user name and it shows the number at the end. (At the bottom of your screen right above where the "START" is on the lower left of your screen.

It doesn't do that on mine - doesn't show anything, but pulls up a pop-up for member info.
