After a few confrence calls yesterday they really dont want to take out the spleen since I need it more than the average person after the bone marrow transplant. They started me on another chemo drug called rituxan today they are thinking that this might solve the problem. It is going to take a few weeks to see if it works so they are going to let me go home as long as I promise to act like I am still in the hospital. I said when can I go looking forward to getting this behind us! Melissa will update caringbridge whenever we have new info and I will try to keep you updated here.
