Bahia Cabana has a great outdoor bar.
Many bars around the country have been copied after it.
May waterfront locals there all day/night long.

Gotcha. There's a Marriott, a Sheridan Yankee Clipper, and hell try the Bahia Cabana. All of them are within walking distance as well. Bahia Cabana might be your best bet since it's not exactly known on a national level. They also have a great bar! Hyatt Pier 66 is just up the road off 17th Street causeway too. Good luck!
