Wow!!! :(
That really puts things in perspective. I guess $3.34 is a bargin.
I do hope things get better, I'm going to a 32 with twins, this spring....I guess I need to enlarge my circle of "boatless" friends....especially the ones with a job!!!:D

Not really, theirs is taxed more to pay for the free Gov health care, etc. Their average tax on gas is 35% vs our average of 20% By the time you figure in what you pay for that they get free it probably averages out to their favor. It'd be interesting to see if it worked out to be so anyway?

I drove to Marco Is. FL from Ohio and then back this week. Diesel was all over the map. In the middle of nowhere, it was $3.52/gal. In VA where 81 crosses 77, I paid $3.09. It's ranging +/- 30 cents around home, depending on how much competition is around. When the retailers cry that it's no them- that they're not making any money, I'm thinking they're full of $hit.

Here in the Tampa area it is:
$3.14 87
$3.29 89
$3.39 93

I was in Atlanta for 2 days and I saw and paid
$3.09 87
