We had designed a little TUFF boat for the kids (and big kids) for 40 hp and then to be upgraded to maybe a 90 at most. But the floatation requirement law has it stalled right now.

The question is, what floatation requirements are there from Coast Guard on the little boats? Are they loaded with foam, or do you exempt them somehow?

Our 2006 15' Seadoo Sportster, 155 HP 4-stroke closed cooled ROTAX 1500cc 3 cylinder engine, that does 48-50 MPH with 2 people and 1/2 tank of gas. This thing is alot of FUN!.
Smallest boat I ever owned.

I wanted one of those for years just for cruising the channels or out to the beach. Those little b@stards sure hold their value because I could never find a good deal!
