Coastal areas are nice but limited in places to go. You can go to a different place every weekend in the Chesapeake Bay. Could be the best boating in the country if the water was clear.

There is alot of hardcore offshore boats on the Jersey shore. I've seen it with my own eyes. Tons of hardware especially around the Tom's river area.
