David, hope you had a great holiday, thanks for the plug.
I agree, area is great and cost of living is reasonable, especially on proerty taxes depending on where you live.

It's going on the market in the next couple of weeks, so no listing. Current market is 399k-415k for the house. I will sell it for 350k right now. Pm or call and I can give out the particulars. Thanks for any help. Family went from 4 to 6 about a year and a half ago and its been tough ever since. BTW the house is ready whenever someone wants it, could close tomorrow, I'll throw in the attorney fee too, if someone wants to use my attorney. Again, thanks for any help. Bill Briggs--980-721-7272

Contact Audra Lattimore she is a real estate agent around the Lake Norman area. She is a great person as well as a boater and a OSO'er. I am pretty sure she goes be Charmed one on the board. Tell her Magic Medicine or Andy for the Chicago Powerboat Club sent you.

Thanks guys, I do know Laura, She would be the one to contact for the lake norman, huntersville area. My house is in between lake norman and lake wylie, which is about 20-30 miles either way. Sounds like a lot, but direct access down the interstates. Thanks for all the attempts, please keep trying.
