Take the tips to Stainless marine in Miami, they did mine for around 200 bucks for all 4. They use all steel flappers, the ones that wear out are the ones that have rubber around the pin.

MIne are all steel Eddie marines and they don't last a year. But then they get to sell me the replacements for $25 a pop!
