Very Very nice. What are the dimensions of your building?

My issue was that I couldn't construct a large enough building because of the architectural committee and trustees where I live. I had a heck of a time finding a place even with 3-5 acre lots that didn't have restrictions with respect to garage size.

Running Hot, you definately have a sweet spread!!

Thnx big daddy , the Toy Box is 160' x 60' with heated floors, floor drains , addtl 400,000 btu used oil forced air heat furnace, complete with bath & showers ...(for when im in the dog house WOOF WOOF ) no architectural committee and trustees here that week i bought an 80 acre farm knocked down the farmhouse ,contracted the Toy Box , forgot to pull a permit to this day !!! (honest mistake yeah right ) subdivided the property, land improvements, sewer & water,put in the roads , sold off the lots and built some of the homes and the toy box is/was there all along (wink wink) ...

Bro, I understand exactly what you are talking about. I can understand using a tarp for added protection ... but to use it as you only means of a cover is just completely ludicrous.
