My issue was that I couldn't construct a large enough building because of the architectural committee and trustees where I live. I had a heck of a time finding a place even with 3-5 acre lots that didn't have restrictions with respect to garage size.
Running Hot, you definately have a sweet spread!!

Thnx big daddy , the toy box is 160' x 60' with heated floors
, floor drains , addtl 400,000 btu used oil forced air heat , with bath & showers ... no architectural committee and trustees here i bought an 80 acre farm knocked down the farmhouse ,contracted the building , forgot to pull a permit (honest mistake yeah right ) subdivided the property sold off the lots and built some of the homes and the toy box is/was there all along ...

Bro, I understand exactly what you are talking about. I can understand using a tarp for added protection ... but to use it as you only means of a cover is just completely ludicrous.

I thought someone was making fun of me. Then I went out and realized it was silver. Who the hell would cover their boat with a blue tarp anyway.I spend my money on gambling and women, screw shrinkwrap. JC
