What happened to Offshore-Performance in Grasonville Maryland? Are they still in business?

As far as I know. They moved to a new shop a mile or so down the road from where they were. I drove by there last month and they were there.

Offshore Performance sold to NAMG ( North Atlantic Marine Group).
