OMG! 
That boat is/was pretty well known here on OSO. It was re-rigged by one of the best in the business. It did a brief stint with Pulse drives before getting a complete transom redo and back to Merc drives.
I was trying to convince a good friend here in VA to buy that boat last year. It did not look like that in the pics of when it was for sale last year, and that is an utter shame to see the boat deteriorated so such a shape.

no joke!!!! that boat used to be in tip top shape!!
here's something less money , with what the price is and after some negotiation ,i'm sure you could fix it up nicely..
