Check our wesite www.raylarengine.com under our LSM550.
We already have an all aluminum fresh water cooled 550HP engine with better horsepower and torque numbers available now and it does not need supercharging to do it. Just a little over 500lbs in complete trim an a smaller footprint than the big blocks. also makes a wonderful iron small block retrofit replacement motor for older boats. You don't need to wait for 2009, the Raylar LSM550 is here now!
Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

Cool motor, nice design, high tech and lightweight....but having to run premium fuel for the blower and only getting 540hp is not that appealing. I'm sure it'll have plenty of lake boat single screw applications.
