Having had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Copeland during a poker run with Gary Nichols several years ago and again speaking with him at the Destin OSS Worlds last year, I can say I have been in the company of greatness.

I know he is now in no pain and is smiling down upon us with those whom we have lost in days gone by.

Rest in Peace Big Al...

A true offshore legend in every sense of the word. A very sad day for offshore. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Copeland family and friends.
