Yes, it was white. Then first time out in 2-4 foot water, it began to fall apart. Lindsay took it, fixed all the stress fractures, reinforced everything, and painted it black. Cigarette 39 said that was the boat that he has.

I see, so that wasn't the one cashbrain had. & took to the Midwest.
I looked at the one to buy that cashbrain bought. It was 4 sale here in florida after Billy left.
I believe that was the second one.

The Long Shot that cash brain bought is still in Chicago. A friend of mine owns it and is collecting the parts to put it back together. He should be sending me some pictures that I will post when I get them.

Boat is still Black and Gold and untouched other then getting a complete buff job

I was on it the first time out , No 2-4's., More like 6-8 s and the Bulkhead bonding was the issue , Billy had the boat running tight , once he loosened it up and let it fly , all was well..

Here's an engine compartment shot of Cigarette 39's boat. What a nice job!

Good stuff. We get to hear about it all the time from Grady Boy. Wish we had announcers like that still around ...I felt like I was in the boat with them!

One of the best old school racing clips I have ever seen. Can't beat T2x' narration either!
