What does Bills trade deal with Shogren have to do with the value of the 32 Concept that he sold? I will tell you, absolutely nothing. I recall when Bill was trying to sell that boat, and it was a hard sale, not because it was not a nice boat, but because the potenial boat buyers placed a much lower value on it than you did. The condition of his Fountain that he traded to them and how much the repair costs were and who paid them have nothing to do with the value of the 32. You still seem to be missing the point. And as to your comment that Luis doesn't care about what people on here think, that would not be very smart. This site contains many potential buyers for Concept (which is what puts money in the bank for him) and your behavior has alienated them. Nice going. You really are not very bright are you?

I have no ties with either side of this debate, but it is coments like this that are pizzing off a lot of neutral people. I have always been a big fan of Concepts, have a lot of friends who own them, and they are on my short list for next boat buy. However, you are doing a terrible job of representing the brand with broad open ended degrading statements.

Bottom line, the issue got resolved. It cost me 15K to do the right thing there and I did. Where in the world could you go with that. FYI there are witness that saw that whole thing unfold. There are 2 sides to every story. Now we'll have to see about you posting slander for no reason.

I can have as many people as you want come on here and talk credibility. I have done handshake deals for thousands of dollars and never screwed anyone. I've also put my money on the line and never had a problem.

Yes, how you sold the boat, what you think you purchased for it has everything to do with how this started.
First, you did not buy the boat at dealer.
2nd, you put it up for sale at a much lower number, I remember because it was a great deal.

I like Concept boats. I do not like Concept's factory representation. Shame to see a needless public airing of dirty laundry and subsequent loss of the Concept forum. I see no winners here.

I'm on your side here. I agree, your dealings with Shogren are not at issue here. What is at issue is how she responded to your post of the loss you took on your Concept boat. She handled it pootly which is why I stated I do not like their factory representation.

Concept (Susan) you never stood up for me during all my delivery problems with my 2004 Concept you blamed everything on me (I had been on the boat a total of less than 3 minutes with my dealer and a friend) and the dealer. So I would say you did not work hard to fix things and threw everything into my lap and blamed the dealer. Then you called me to chew me out! What kind of service was that? You called my wife a crazy bit*h! She still has not forget that since she is the most level headed person I've ever known.

i think the real problem here is the attitude toward the forum and its members...
fact is the people who post on here alot r the ones the provide the content... some good some bad.... that the other members read... some 50 thousand....

no content... no traffic...

Wow, you and Shogren calling him a liar about an operation. Well, I remember the day he had it, he came to stay at my friends house after the operation, so let me tell you I saw him that day and know for a fact he did have the hernia operation.

I was woundering were the C went.........................I got it figured out now.

I looked hard at Concept at the Chicago show a couple of years ago. Have always liked CC boats and for the most part, liked what I saw. If the folks at Concept do not believe that their behavior on this site does not affect potential sales, think again. Factory representation and service makes all the difference in the world to me. No one wins here from the standpoint that current Concept owners on this site no longer have their own forum. That is a shame and was totally preventable.

I apologized to you personally dreamer and all other members. You saying he has a life when he bullies people from 6am to 12midnight on a computer.

Let us think of ourselves as living in a house with many windows. At each window is a different view, and within each view are many things to catch our attention -- perhaps there are some people, some traffic, some buildings, a horizon, and some trees. If we always go to the same window and focus on the same object, we are not using all our choices. We may have overlooked some things in our lives that need attention. There are many things we are totally powerless over. Our power exists in changing the focus of our attention.

My attention is leaving this forum forever. I have to go work a boat show now.
