This was a dealer to dealer never titled, used brand new MSO boat. This was not an individual selling a brand new titled boat as used....this is the way I understood it.

I went and read both threads, as I even posted the MM comment on the original thread and the whole time I was thinking about the long countless threads with you the Dealer and Susan (Ms. Concept)... Those threads got pretty ugly at times...
I've owned two Concepts, never bought new, but bought both of them one year old from the Original Owners, got really good deals, at least I thought I did at the time. I never had any dealings with Susan other then talking to her at a few boat shows, but have dealt with the Factory and spoke to Luis the owner before, he is a great guy and stands behind his product.
I have no dog in this argument, but I have seen on this board Susan gets very opnionated and straight forward on her views on Concept, rightfully so it is her career....
Also agree with Bill, I had a hard time selling both my Concepts for what I thought was decent money, but then again its boating where logic and money are never one in the same...:D:D

I got nothing against bill or concept. But this whole thing seems blown out of proportion and a little juvenile on both sides. Why not just call each other and work it out?

The best thing about it is...... I'm a customer of many boat dealers and have nothing to gain. All I'm saying is my personal experience with Susan has been nothing but positive and some dealers could learn a thing or two from her. If you only knew how far she would go for her customers you would agree she doesn't deserve this and delete this thread. Thanks for listening. Kiss and make up already.

And again, Rockstar1, this was not like going and buying a car and selling it soon where of course it depreciates as soon as you drive it off the lot. Bill got that boat as a dealer trade (it was a NEW open MSO) when he sold it. So whatever he sold it for was all the boat was worth NEW. That is the point he was trying to make, he never attacked the company or the quality of the boat. This woman has no business representing Concept or any other company with her attitude. I wish her well in the unemployment line.

I'm in Sarasota, boat 3 days a week and it's true, I don't post but, I read. Sales are simple if you need a 30 day sale, you price accordingly. Example: Isn't it true a Chevy dealer will get more for a new Corvette than a ford dealer might? I read and rarely post, as you can see I have been a member since 2003 you on the other hand have not. The fact is you just registered, so what have you read, these threads? I've been a long time supporter of poker runs and racing and just got tired of everytime I ran my IO boats they broke (that's boating) needed a break. Since I got the 300 outboards I have loved boating again. Bottom line is every boat will have problems it's how they are handled. Susan has taken nothing but, GREAT care of me. That is my experience has an owner!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the whole kick in the nuts thing "OUCH". She has just went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer after the sale. Let's face it boater love to boat and I'm on the water every weekend thanks to her.

DollaBill, I was wondering if she is family to the old Profile Boat co. owners? If you remember the owners talked just like her, everyone wrong on every issue stated or liers. They also had one time post people calling everyone here wrong. It's like a remake just new names, different company.
